2011 Las Vegas Open Updated 10/27/11 We are excited to move up to 32 teams. We will add more teams as courts are secured. We are excited to announce that Mike Jackson is rejoining our staff. Mike will assist in tournament operations and run the women's tournament. 10/04/2011 Welcome to the news and updates page for this years event. New info will be posted as it is received. This years event will be open to the first 24 men's and women's team that register. Registration is only complete when payment has been received. More teams will be added once gym space is secured. Please remember gym space is hard to come by in Vegas unless we want to be scattered all over town. It is very important that coaches and players respect the gyms they are in. Last year we had issues with players taking out the lightbulbs in the rec center elevators and players giving attitude to the rec center staff when they were asked to turn off their stereos. This year if we receive any complaint about your team there is no warning! Your team will be immediately removed from the event! Refunds will not be given. Teams are allowed to sell their spot to teams on the waitlist. We are very excited for this years event. Please check back for new and updated info..

First LVO email sent out Feb 1st Hello Everyone, I hope all is going well for your teams so far this season. We are very excited for the 2011 LVO as it is shaping up to be another incredible event as we will have 88 teams representing great talent from all across the United States. As we count down to March 18th (remember this is a fri/sat event the NCVF site shows it as sat/ sun) a couple things I need teams to get done. First, book your hotel rooms soon!! As of Monday Jan 31st there are only 60 rooms left in our block. I would like to encourage all of you to stay at the Tropicana, they have done a great job of remodeling this hotel and yes, the pool is completed and very nice. They have offered us a great rate for one of the nicest resorts on the strip. The hotel is also very close to UNLV and easy access to the freeway. There is a direct link on the website to book your room with our block. Second, please start emailing us a copy of your roster. Your roster needs to have team name along with player name and number. Remember all teams need to be registered with the NCVF or you DO NOT PLAY. More info will be forthcoming as we get closer to the event any questions or if you need something please let us know.
Good luck and see you all soon,
Clint Jan 14th Hotel registration is now open. There are only 120 rooms available to our group so do not delay. Our cut off date will be March 1st I am excited to announce that we have secured the 12 courts we need to expand to 44 teams. Tournament info will be posted by mid Feb
November 27th Happy Thanksgiving... It is looking very good that we will be securing 3 more courts very soon. This will bring our number of courts up to 11 thus allowing a field of 44 men''s teams and 44 women's teams we will not go more than 44. Refund policy, teams not able to attend can obtain a refund up to Dec 31st. Starting Jan 1st 2011 no refunds will be givin. Teams can sell their spot to another team on the waitlist.
November 4th Tournament is filling up fast especially on the women's side if your money is in you are guaranteed a spot in this event. Once we hit 32 teams the wait list will start. Oct 26th 2010 I am very excited to announce the addition of two more Courts. This will allow us to move from 24 confirmed teams to 32. It is hopeful that another two are on the way. All courts will be located at or no further than 5 min away from UNLV. Once again the Tropicana Hotel and Casino will be the Host hotel for the 2011 LVO. Their new Miami Beach themed Hotel is a great fit for this event, with new rooms and a pool to die for. Rooms rates are in final negotiations and info will be released soon Entry fee - Do not Delay in remitting your entry fee. Teams with money in first will have a guaranteed spot. Early registration closes on Nov 15th. Oct 3rd 2010 All Teams must register with the NCVF to be eligible to play in this event. The LVO is excited to announce two new members of our staff. Mike Jackson and Kevin Willett Both will help out with tournament operations
Sept 16th Registration is now open
Tournament is open to 24 Women's teams and 24 Men's teams. Due to vandalism last year in the MPE and teams not leaving during a fire alarm. We have lost the MPE. It is our goal to try and get it back or secure other facilities. It is possible that part of this event will be moved to the Tropicana Hotel and played in their convention center.
Hotel info coming soon....
